Terms of service

Effective June 11, 2026 · Last updated June 11, 2026

These terms of service are a binding agreement between you and GameServersHub LLC that governs your use of GameServersPanel: the website, dashboard, agent software, and related services. Please read them carefully, especially the sections on billing, Lifetime access, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

1. Agreement to these terms

GameServersPanel (the “Service”) is operated by GameServersHub LLC, a company based in Pensacola, Florida, United States (“GameServersHub”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, installing our software, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that organization.

In short: The Service is currently in early alpha access. Expect changes, rough edges, and the occasional restart while we build.

2. The service

GameServersPanel is a web control panel for game servers that run on machines you own or rent. You connect your own Windows or Linux machines to the Service; we provide the dashboard, automation, monitoring, and team tools to deploy and manage game servers on them. Your game files, worlds, and backups live on your machines, not on ours.

We are constantly improving the Service and may add, change, or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give reasonable notice when practical.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your region) and able to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
  • You sign in with a Discord or Steam account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure; everything done through your sign-in is treated as done by you.
  • You must give us accurate information and keep it current, including the email on your billing profile.
  • You may not use the Service if the laws of the United States or your region prohibit you from doing so.

4. Your machines, servers, and content

In short: Your machines, your files, your community, your responsibility. We act only on your instructions.

  • You keep all rights to your machines, game files, worlds, configurations, and other content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate on them at your direction (for example starting servers, editing the files you tell us to edit, and creating the backups you configure).
  • You are responsible for having the right to use each machine you connect and each game and mod you install, including compliance with the game publishers' end user license agreements and the licenses of any mods or plugins.
  • You are responsible for your game server communities, including players' conduct, content, and personal data. Where the panel processes player data for you (names, sessions, bans, chat lines from logs), you are the data controller as described in our privacy policy.
  • Backups are your responsibility. The Service includes backup tools, but archives are stored on your own machines, and you should keep independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
  • Team access you grant (sub-users, permissions, API tokens, connected apps) is under your control. Actions taken by people and apps you authorize are your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to allow others using your account to:

  • Use the Service for anything illegal, or to host content or communities that are illegal where you or your players are located.
  • Probe, attack, overload, or disrupt the Service or other users, or attempt to access accounts, machines, or data that are not yours.
  • Abuse the platform: spam, fraud, malware distribution, phishing, cryptocurrency mining through the Service's infrastructure, or evading bans or enforcement.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service or agent software, except where the law gives you that right despite this term.
  • Resell, rent, or provide the Service to third parties as your own offering without our written permission.
  • Circumvent plan limits, pricing, or technical restrictions, or share one account or license across multiple organizations.

We may investigate violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.

6. Plans, billing, and renewals

  • The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (currently "GSH Unlimited" in monthly, 3 month, 6 month, yearly, and Lifetime options). Current pricing is shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charges for the plan you pick, plus any applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we keep your plan active for a short grace period while payment is retried. If payment is not completed, your account moves to the free plan. Your servers and machines are not deleted; the free plan simply limits how much new capacity you can add.
  • If we offer a free trial, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel first.
  • We may change prices for subscriptions with at least 30 days notice; the new price applies from your next renewal. Price changes never retroactively affect a period you already paid for.
  • Except where required by law (or stated otherwise in a specific offer), payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods.
  • Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for charges you authorized is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of paid access while we resolve it.

7. Lifetime access

In short: “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Service, not your lifetime. If the Service shuts down or is discontinued, Lifetime access ends with it. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, expire, or revoke Lifetime access at any time at our sole discretion.

7.1 What Lifetime means. A Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that grants your account access to the Unlimited plan for as long as we continue to operate the Service. The word “Lifetime” refers solely to the operating lifetime of the Service (or a successor service we designate), and not to your lifetime, the lifetime of your account, or any fixed or guaranteed period of time.

7.2 No guaranteed duration. We make no promise, representation, or warranty about how long the Service will operate. We may discontinue, shut down, sell, suspend, or wind down the Service, or any part of it, at any time and for any reason. If that happens, Lifetime access ends automatically when the Service (or the relevant part of it) ends, and you will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or other compensation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7.3 Our right to modify or revoke. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to modify, limit, suspend, expire, or revoke Lifetime access at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion. We expect to exercise this right primarily for good cause, for example a violation of these terms, fraud, abuse, account sharing or resale, or a chargeback or payment reversal, but this section is not limited to those cases. If we revoke Lifetime access without cause, we may choose to offer a substitute (such as a period of subscription access), but we are not obligated to provide any compensation except where applicable law requires.

7.4 What Lifetime is not. Lifetime access is a revocable license to use the Service under these terms. It is not a property right, an investment, an ownership interest, or a guarantee that any particular feature, game, or capability will remain available. It is personal to your account and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used across multiple organizations. It does not exempt you from these terms, the acceptable use rules, or enforcement.

7.5 Chargebacks. A chargeback or payment reversal on a Lifetime purchase results in immediate revocation of Lifetime access. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, we may require the payment to be made again before restoring access.

7.6 Your statutory rights. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be limited or waived by contract.

8. Free, founder, and promotional access

We may grant free plans, founder grants, trial periods, discounts, or other promotional access at our discretion. Unless a specific offer says otherwise in writing, all such access is a gratuitous, revocable courtesy: we may modify or withdraw it at any time without compensation, and it carries no renewal or continuation rights.

9. Software license and updates

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run our agent software on machines you control, solely to use the Service.
  • The software updates itself automatically so your machines stay secure and compatible. By installing it, you consent to these updates.
  • You may uninstall the software at any time; doing so disconnects that machine from the Service. Your game files remain on the machine.
  • You may not copy (except for normal backups), modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the software, and you may not remove proprietary notices.

10. Third party services and games

  • Payments are subject to Stripe's terms. Sign-in is subject to Discord's or Valve's terms for your account with them.
  • The games you run, and the mods you install, come from their respective publishers and creators under their own licenses. You are responsible for complying with them.
  • GameServersPanel is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, including Mojang, Studio Wildcard, Facepunch, or Valve. All game names and trademarks belong to their owners.
  • We are not responsible for third party services, and their availability can affect features that depend on them.

11. Our intellectual property and feedback

The Service, including the software, site design, and content we create, is owned by GameServersHub and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to it except the limited rights to use the Service as described.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation to you.

12. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or other users, fail to pay, or where the law requires.
  • We may also discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. Where practical, we will give reasonable advance notice of a full shutdown.
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Your game files and backups remain on your own machines. We may delete the data we hold for your account after 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, AND IT IS CURRENTLY IN EARLY ALPHA. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT ANY GAME OR MOD WILL REMAIN COMPATIBLE, OR THAT YOUR DATA (INCLUDING GAME SAVES AND BACKUPS) WILL NEVER BE LOST. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING INDEPENDENT BACKUPS OF ANYTHING IMPORTANT.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) NEITHER GAMESERVERSHUB NOR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GAME PROGRESS, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY 12 MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THOSE 12 MONTHS OR FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD 50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In those places, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

15. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GameServersHub and its owners and employees from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your game servers and communities, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party right, including game publisher license terms and your players' privacy rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
  • Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues are solved this way.
  • Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court where allowed.
  • TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION; DISPUTES MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
  • If you are a consumer in a region whose law gives you mandatory rights to sue in your local courts or under your local law, nothing here takes those rights away.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give clear notice on the site (and, where appropriate for billing changes, before your next renewal). Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel your plan.

18. General terms

  • Entire agreement: these terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service, and they supersede any prior agreements.
  • Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the provision is enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
  • No waiver: our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of hosting, network, or third party providers.
  • Export and sanctions: you may not use the Service in violation of United States export controls or sanctions.
